Every draw happens LIVE on TikTok. You watch each winning slot number get drawn on camera, in real time. Nothing is decided off-screen, and results are posted publicly on the winners wall right after.

Each raffle is a numbered grid. You pick the numbers you want, they are held for you for 10 minutes while you pay, and once payment lands they are yours. One slot is one entry in the draw.

On a pack board every slot comes with a sealed pack, drawn from a shuffled deck and opened on the live. The deck is reshuffled between pulls, so the odds on the raffle page are the same for the first slot and the last, and they do not drift as the board fills.

On boards that offer it, yes. You pay less, no pack is sent, and you collect an energy card instead. The two prices sit side by side on the board so you can see exactly what the difference is before you pick.

A cheap raffle whose prize is a slot in a bigger one. When its board sells out it draws straight away, and each winner gets to pick their own number in the main raffle. Miss the pick deadline and a free number is assigned for you, so a win is never lost by being offline.

Printed on every raffle card before you buy. A raffle with 50 slots and 5 prizes says so up front, and the number does not change once it is live because the slot count is fixed from the start.

Checkout supports FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow QR. Your slots are reserved for 10 minutes while you pay. If payment doesn't go through, they're released automatically.

Often. Bundle deals for buying several slots at once and early-bird pricing show up in checkout by themselves, and a promo code can be typed in on top of whatever is already applied. The breakdown is always shown before you confirm.

Slots are only held for 10 minutes, so a payment that lands long after that can arrive to find the number resold. Those orders are held aside for us to sort out by hand and refunded in full. Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we will get to it.

Yes. Tell us your slot numbers on the live or by DM and we'll reserve them for you. They'll show up on the grid right away, and if you give us your account email the entry appears in your account too.

Your slot code, and it does one job: it proves a slot is yours before we open that pack on camera. Website buyers find it beside the slot in their account, and we send it to you if you bought on TikTok. It is spent once you have used it, because everyone watching has heard it by then.

There is a card in your parcel with a claim code on it. Type it in at the claim page and every slot, pack and prize from that purchase moves into your account, and stays there for everything you buy afterwards. It works once, so keep it to yourself: it is not the same code you read out on the live.

By inviting friends. Share your personal link from your account, and every friend who signs up through it and verifies their own WhatsApp number moves you up the ladder: your 1st unlocks 1 entry, your 3rd unlocks 1 entry, your 5th unlocks 3 entries, your 10th unlocks 5 entries. It counts for life, so the friends you brought in months ago still count towards the next rank.

Because otherwise one person with a stack of SIM cards could invite themselves all day and walk off with the free slots meant for people who actually brought friends. Verifying is one code by WhatsApp and it only has to happen once.

On any live raffle marked Free entry. You pick your number the same way as a paying buyer, the entry is worth exactly the same in the draw, and some raffles cap how many free entries they accept, which is shown on the raffle itself.

Yes. 30 days from the day you earn them, and 60 days for the bigger ranks that hand over several at once, so there is time to spread them across more than one raffle. The countdown for each one is shown in your account.

A routine look at where the invites came from, which a few honest things can trigger: a family signing up on one phone, or several friends joining from the same office wifi in one afternoon. It usually clears within a day and the entries land in your account with their full time still on the clock.

What you collect instead of a pack when you take a slot without the Pull. One slot, one card. They never expire, so they are worth saving up, and the running total is on the Energy page in your account.

Free postage on a parcel, money off in the shop, or a slot on a raffle. A slot is priced by the board it is on, so a cheap board takes fewer cards than an expensive one, and the number is shown on the board itself. The rest are traded from the Energy page.

Winners choose in their account: ship to your address, and we'll send a tracking number, or self collect by appointment. Details are also announced in the WhatsApp community.

On some prizes, yes. Where a cash option exists it is shown with the prize and you pick it from your account instead of an address. The cash figure is always stated up front, and it is lower than the card's retail value.

Prizes are packed and sent after the live wraps up. Your account tracks the state of each one, from waiting on your choice through to shipped or collected, so you are never guessing where it is.

Yes. The shop sells sealed product and accessories from the same stock we open on the live, at a fixed price with no draw involved. A promo code can be used at that checkout, and it comes off the items rather than the postage.

One postage per parcel, not per item, and the figure comes from the state you deliver to: East Malaysia costs more than West. It is quoted before you pay, never added afterwards.

Yes, and it costs nothing extra. Anything you are already owed is listed at the shop checkout with a tick beside it. Ticking it puts it in the same parcel, and the postage does not double because it is still one parcel.

If a raffle is still not full after two weeks, we put a poll in the WhatsApp community and let the buyers decide: keep it open a bit longer, or take it down. If it comes down, everyone who paid gets a full refund to the account they paid from. Nobody's money sits in a raffle that is never going to run.

By hand, back to the account you paid from, because FPX and e-wallet payments cannot be reversed automatically here. Every refund owed is tracked on our side until it has actually gone out, and the raffle page says why it was called off.

Once a slot is paid it is in the draw, so it is not something we can undo on request: it would take a number off the board that somebody else could have bought. Refunds are for raffles we call off, and for payments that went wrong.
